Join us on March 8th for a deeply restorative sound bath experience designed to honor the powerful energy of renewal that this season brings.

Through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments, we’ll release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with our inner strength—just as we do on the mat in movement and discipline.

This session is open to everyone and will encourage deep relaxation, energetic alignment, and a sense of empowerment. Whether you're looking to let go, tune in, or simply rest, this sound bath will be a beautiful opportunity to pause and reset.

Bring a blanket and anything else to make yourself comfortable (maybe your favorite cozy socks) as you immerse in the healing power of sound - the gym floor is one large comfortable ju jitsu mat so no need to bring a yoga mat unless you'd like to! We can’t wait to share this experience with…
